How do I pay for the order: We accept Venmo, Zelle and cash. A 50% deposit needs to be made when placing an order.
How do I get my order delivered: Right now you can pick-up your order from our San Jose location. For large orders we can offer delivery for a fee. Let's talk and take it from there.
Does it contain alcohol: No, our mocktails are alcohol free and we do not sell alcohol.
How far in advance should I place an order: We recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability, but we can often accommodate rush orders as well.
What is the shelf life of your mocktail jars: Our mocktail jars have a shelf life of approximately 2 days if kept refrigerated.
Do you offer mocktail jars for large events: Yes, we can provide mocktail jars for events of any size. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How are your mocktail jars packaged: Our mocktail jars are packaged in high-quality glass jars with secure lids to ensure freshness and prevent spills during transport.
How do I store the mocktail jars before the event: We recommend storing the mocktail jars in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
How are the mocktail jars served at the event: Our mocktail jars are designed to be served cold in the jar and top off with ice. It can even be poured directly into a glass over ice.
Do you provide ice: At this point we don't.
Are your mocktail jars safe for children and pregnant women: We do not recommend it since it might contains ingredients such as soda and caffeine.
What is your cancellation policy: We accept cancellations up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
